IELTS, Goethe and Multilevel

Millions of learners worldwide are preparing for international certifications with tools built for another era.

3M+

Students cannot demonstrate their true abilities due to ineffective preparation methods and absence of quality, affordable guidance.

70%

Seven in ten students use online resources that lack personalized expert feedback — the critical gap between effort and exam-day performance.

75.5%

Three-quarters of students actively seek stress-reducing exam preparation solutions. Most cannot find one that actually works.

Students preparing for international exams often feel anxious and have nowhere realistic to practise. Traditional study methods don't recreate the pressure and format of the real tests, which leads to lower confidence and unpredictable results. My job was to make realistic practice clear, judgment-free and easy to follow.

Problem framing

Mock exams shouldn't be complicated for students or learning centers.

Traditional mock exam workflows often create unnecessary complexity for both students and administrators. Five key challenges shaped the design direction of Mockchi Bola.

  1. Fragmented exam preparation 01

Students lack a centralized place to practice and track their progress.

    01 One unified workspace

Sectional Practice and Grand Simulation in a single dashboard.

  2. Unfamiliar exam experience 02

Students struggle to prepare for the structure and pressure of real exams.

    02 Realistic exam simulation

Timed tests and exam-style interfaces that mirror real testing conditions.

  3. Complex exam management 03

Learning centers need to coordinate students, sessions, and results across multiple workflows.

    03 Centralized admin dashboard

Create sessions, enroll students, and manage exams from one place.

  4. Time-consuming evaluation 04

Reviewing Writing and Speaking responses manually requires significant teacher effort.

    04 AI-assisted grading

AI evaluation with optional teacher review to support faster assessment.

  5. Limited performance visibility 05

Students and administrators need a clearer way to understand results and improvement areas.

    05 Actionable performance insights

Section-level scores, exam history, and progress tracking.

Research first, then realistic practice

Through interviews with 20+ IELTS and TOEFL candidates, we found that the biggest gap isn't only knowledge: it's time management and familiarity with the digital testing interface.

What I designed

Realistic mock tests

AI-powered evaluation gives instant, non-judgmental feedback on speaking and writing tasks.

Personalized study paths

A smart curriculum builds a custom study plan from mock test results and weak areas.

Deep progress analytics

Detailed charts and section-by-section scoring show improvement over time.
